Returns and Exchanges

Select items purchased from A&A Jewels Co., www.aajewelsco.com, are eligible for return. You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns and Exchanges are only accepted so long as the item(s) purchased are in the exact condition as when bought, unaltered and unworn, with the original packaging.

Made to Order Jewels - such as Name Necklaces, Personalized, and more - are final sale. Look for the Made to Order box on the product page to determine if an item is considered final sale.

We will contact you to approve your return and provide you with a return number for Shipping. We do not refund shipping charges for when the Order was placed. Return shipping and Insurance are the customer’s responsibility. We are not held responsible for any shipping delays or misplaced parcels by the shipping company.

Please note that international purchases are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All purchases made are final.

For orders made using Affirm or Klarna, we have a strict 7-day return policy. We offer an exchange of any purchased item(s) in your order of equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us regarding your exchange request as there are a few steps in the process. 

All Returns or Exchanges must be emailed by the 30th day of receiving the item. You then have three business days to return your item to A&A Jewels Co. for delivery; otherwise, we may refuse your Refund or Exchange.

Items on our website with measurements are based on approximations and may have some variation. 

Please note that transactions over $1000 may be assessed with a Restocking Fee of up to $250. Contact us for additional details on Restocking Fees.

A&A Jewels Co. reserves the right to refuse a Refund and or Exchange request.
