01. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You'll receive an order confirmation email once we receive your email. You'll also receive an email from a Client Experience Specialist to review your order and confirm timelines for production.
02. PRODUCTION
Our Made to Order Jewels may take up to 14 business days to complete for shipment. This information is typically confirmed during the initial email sent from our Client Experience Specialst.
03. SHIPPING
We use the fastest and most reliable shipping service available. You will receive tracking information to follow along as your parcel is sent your way.
