STEP 1
CONSULTATION
Our abilities are limitless and, with your imagination, we discuss your jewellery design. We will determine the scope and requirements of your project, including
- Type of piece to be made
- The metal and level of purity
- Design and specific customization requirements
- Dates and milestones for production
STEP 2
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Upon agreement, we will begin the design of your Custom Designed piece. The design will consist of a CAD image and a Rendering of the final finish. At this stage, you will be able to
- Provide edits for revision (up to 2 revisions)
- Make additions to the original design
- Approve for production (necessary to enter Step 3)
STEP 3
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Upon approval of design along with requested adjustments, we will begin Custom Designing your piece. We take a detailed approach, using the finest techniques in the industry for a high-quality, precise finish.
Once completed, we will deliver your piece in the arranged order. Your Custom Design jewellery will always include:
- 2-Year warranty
- Semi-annual complimentary cleaning
- Complimentary Jewellery Appraisal and Certification (items valued +$999)
